Shell Components Manufacturing
The reactor and mixer components are manufactured with a number of operations:
- sheet metal laser and guillotine cutting
- forge rolling of the cylindrical/tapered vessel components
- grinding and polishing of the elliptical heads
- bending of the sheet components electropolishing of the reactor components
For these operations, we use NC machines from Belgium, USA, Russia to ensure high precision and quality.

The reactor and mixer components are manufactured with a number of operations:

We have high-performance automated TIG welders from Germany and Italy.
- The welding equipment is certified, and the personnel is licensed by NWMA.
- Automated shell welding guarantees continuously high quality of the weld joints.
- The piping elements are connected with orbital welding machines.

Machining
We make parts to the drawings and with the approved manufacturing processes.
- To avoid errors, and improve productivity, the parts are bar-coded at each operation
- We do not outsource the making of any parts or components
- The Machining Shop produces flanges, bearing units, homogenizers, agitators, and other product components
- For machining the critical parts, we use high-precision turning and milling machining centers made in the US

The final step is assembly, polishing, and piping installation with orbital welding.
- The components made by the Blanking and Machining shops are delivered to the Assembly shop.
