Incoming Quality Control
To make sure the materials and components comply with the applicable standards, we carry out the following tests:

In-Process Control
We do midpoint component checks throughout the entire assembly process. To do this, we have introduced a number of in-process quality control activities:
Dimensional control
Surface finish (roughness) control
Pressure tests of the vessels and piping
Using bar codes for part tracking
Non-destructive ultrasonic examination of welds
Operation logging with RFID tags worn by the personnel

The FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ qualifications specify the required tests to confirm the product compliance with the requirements specification and GMP.
We have instruments for checking the following product properties:
- surface finish control with profilometers
- agitator rpm control with tachometers
- pressure and temperature control
- insulation resistance meters
- overpressure and underpressure control
- a CIP station and a riboflavin test package for the product interior cleaning validation.
After installation and commissioning, our team visits the customer site for final tests:
- piping leak tests
- operability tests in real conditions
- pilot batch production.
