We focused on pharmaceutical equipment
Artlife Techno had gained sufficient manufacturing experience, expanded the design department, and upgraded the production facility with new machines to launch pharmaceutical equipment. Some examples are: liquid medium reactors, dry powder mixers, dryers, evaporators, extractors.
In 2002 the company for the first time ever participated in the Pharmtech Exhibition, Moscow. We presented our reactors and mixers.
Artlife Techo regularly participates in Pharmtech & Ingredients, displaying the products annually.
Pressure Vessels Became the Key Product Line
The manufacturing and welding processes, and the personnel were certified by the National Welding Monitoring Agency (NWMA) to launch the production of sterilizable for pharmaceutical liquids, and our first bioreactors.
Afterwards it turned into the main business line.
Fast-paced Technology Advance Began
Artlife Techno acquired Kompas 3D CAD and vessel strength analysis software. To develop more new products, the design department was expanded, and new machine tools were purchased. It helped with the design of multiple dispersers for cosmetics industry, and original magnetic stirrers for preparing injection/infusion solutions.
Construction of a new production facility
To meet the raising demand for bioreactor and fermenters we made a decision to expand the production. Artlife Techno contributed all its manufacturing experience into the design of the new production buildings. The new site was perfectly suited for pharmaceutical reactor/bioreactor manufacturing.
The new Artlife Techno production facility with advanced equipment was launched. The office building was commissioned a year later.
With the new facility, the total production area grew to 5,000 sq.m.
The production management system was also extensively upgraded.
New metalworking machines, and quality control instruments were purchased and commissioned. Automated vessel/pipe welding machines were introduced.
In 2016, the range of bioreactors was upgraded. They were presented at Pharmtech 2017.
Artlife Techno rebranded its products. A new logo, and a new corporate identity were created. The rebranding was a logical next move after the changes that had been implemented for the last 5 years.
